Your account

The game makes a guest account on your phone. If you delete the app without linking your account, the account may be lost. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account).

Gems and items

• Gems and items are a licence to use them in this game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be sold or traded outside the game.
• Some purchases give random items (hero recruitment and the draw). The odds for every item are shown in the game before you pay, one tap from the button.
• Refunds go through Apple or Google under their rules. If a purchase is refunded, we take back what it gave, including its gems.
• You can set a 30-day spending limit and see your purchase history in the store.
• There are no cash prizes or sweepstakes.

AI players

Some cities are run by AI and labelled "(AI)". They can't buy anything or win prizes. Their chat messages are written by AI.

Rules for players

• No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, or sharing anyone's personal details.
• No cheating, bots, exploits, or selling accounts and items for money.
• No spam or advertising.
• Names must follow the same rules, and may not pretend to be staff or an AI city.

Moderation

Chat is filtered. You can report a message and block any player. Our moderators review reports and may remove messages, mute a player in all chats, or ban an account, for a set time or for good. When we mute or ban you, we tell you why in the game. To appeal, write to Support email: to be added before launch.

Changes and ending

We may change the game, these terms, or end the game. We will give notice in the game before big changes. What players get if the game closes, liability limits, governing law and courts, consumer rights by country: to be added before launch
