Delete your account

You can delete your Rekindle account, guest accounts included.

In the game (fastest)

1. Tap Profile, then Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm twice.

It happens at once. The app then starts a new, empty account.

Without the app

Write to Support email: to be added before launch with your player name and, if you can, your player id (Profile, Settings shows it). We will check that the account is yours and delete it within Response time (for example 30 days): to be added before launch.

What is deleted

• Your name (others can take it), city, heroes, items and progress.
• Your chat messages, blocks, board scores and Arcade runs.
• Your place in your alliance (if you lead it, the next officer takes over).
• The link between your phone and the account.

What we keep, and why

• Purchase records and the log of paid random draws, linked only to a random player id, for tax, fraud checks, refunds and odds audits, for Retention period: to be added before launch.
• A note that the account was deleted, and moderation records about it.
• Old battle reports and the Hall of Rulers may still show the name you had then.

Deleting your account does not cancel or refund purchases. Ask Apple or Google about refunds.
